Signing Players Clarification

Following on from a minor issue we would like to clarify the rules for signing new players to all Hessle Sporitng boys team managers.
If there is a player that you would like to sign but they are signed for another team then you cannot approach that player. You must wait until June 1st when they become a 'Free Agent'. If they are not signed to any other club then there is no issue with them training or signing.
If a player approaches you to join your team you must in the very first instance ask if they are signed for another team. If they are then they must not under any circumstances train or play with your team. If you wish to sign the player you must put in a 7 day notice to the players current team for transfer providing this is within the leagues transfer deadlines (see rule book). You cannot 'have a look at them' in training first or such like. If you want to do this then you must wait until they become a free agent.
If you are ever advertising for players through Hotshots or other means then you must ensure that you still stick within these guidelines. Remember June 1st is the key date and be warned that the league come down hard on teams that do not follow these rules.
Many Thanks
